This fellowship is based on the population of each state of these communities. Details of Merit cum Means Scholarship: • According to this scheme some financial assistance are provided to the candidates to pursue degree and/or postgraduate level for technical and professional courses from a recognized institution. Allowance for maintenance allowance is also granted to the successful students. • The fees for the course are paid by the State Department directly to the institute concerned. • Only the students who get the opportunity to get admission in a college to pursue technical/professional courses on the basis of a competitive examination are eligible for this scholarship. • In Some exceptional case...
