This year too applications are invited from exceptionally bright candidates with outstanding academic results for the award of 'Chandrasekhar Post-Doctoral Fellowships' in all areas of astronomy and astrophysics. Details of the Chandrasekhar Postdoctoral Fellowships: • Candidates should be below the age of 32 years. • The allowance is Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 55,000/- per month for the candidates with up to 2 years post-doctoral experience and Rs.55,000/- to 60,000/- for those with more than 2 years experience. • The fellowship is granted for a period of two years.
