These ideas lead to the establishment of Sri Venkateswara Vedic University or the SSVU in Tirupati. SVVU solely works on the TTD established rules and regulations. The main aim of SVVU is to spread the knowledge of Indian Culture and Vedas among students. SVVU has 4 faculties namely Veda Adhyayana, Agamadhyana, Paurohityadhyanana and Veda Bhashyadhyayana. SVVU offers three years Sastri Course (graduation) and two year Acharya Course (post-graduation) and also has departments of English and Computer Science to keep students abreast in the educational field.
