Details of Directorate of Health Services Assam Positions
Total Number of Vacancies – 10 posts
• Leprosy Injector - 10 vacancies
Academic Qualifications – Applicants should have cleared H.S.L.C or an equivalent exam.
Age group – As on 1st Jan 2018
• Applicants should be between 18 and 38 years old
• Relaxation in terms of Age Limit is according to the rules
Fees for the Application –
• Fees for SC/ ST applicants – Rs. 50
• Other applicants (Gen/ OBC/MOBC) to pay - Rs.100/-
• DD in favor of “Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Payable at Guwhati"
Process of Selection: Applicants are selected on the basis of their written test and interview
Application Procedure:
• Applicants are requested to send their duly filled application forms along with the required documents (attested) with a PP sized photograph mentioning the name of the position applied for on the envelope to the Official address (below) prior to or on the 07th of March 2018
