The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) came into existence in the year 1966 and the student strength has been increasing drastically over the years. The Board also supervises the secondary education in the State and gives recognition to the schools and promotes other educational activities.

The KSEEB has been conducting examinations and about 8.5 lakh students appear for examinations every year.

The KSEEB Board conducts SSLC examination every year in the month of March and for 2018 date sheet will be announced soon on www.indianresults.info

For 2018 the Karnataka Board had conducted SSLC examination in the month of March, and the date sheet was released much earlier to the examinations. Results were announced in the month of May 2018. The board also started results with photos since 2011.
