Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) conducts the board exams for Class X and Class XII in the state. The Uttarakhand Board of School Education and Exams are working under the wings of Directorate of School Education. The Directorate of School Education was established in Dehradun after creation of Uttarakhand.

The Uttarakhand Department of education has a solidified and straight structure covering basic education, secondary education, State council of education research and training.

The Board holds its Class 12 exams every year as one of its primary examinations.

Uttarakhand Board of School Education conducts 12th class examination every year in the month of March - April.

The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) will declare the date sheets for Class XII soon.
